Blizzard appears to have big plans in store for Overwatch 2 after its initial release date, as new director Aaron Keller explained how the franchise could tackle post-launch updates in a similar way to other titles like Warzone, Apex Legends, and Fortnite.
Though the upcoming Overwatch sequel it is still planned as one full price release, we might expect a more like a live game approach after launching the game. The 2016 title has already come a long way in terms of adding content over time and now Overwatch 2 looks set to adopt a more content-rich post-launch strategy.
